Not a nice experience seeing the treatment was a Xmas Presi from my son. Happy Nails Harvest Lake – their EFTPOS system was down, so they say and they insisted on cash from every customer all day. Funny how it worked when I refused to pay cash. They said it declined and cash was paid!!! Then discovered they had taken $55.00 from my gift card and I went back. Worst thing I ever did. The staff crowded around me and the supervisor and others were saying I had to wait 24 hours before refunding. That did happen the next day but the supervisor was furious with me for coming back twice to try and get a refund. She was embarrassing and so were some of her staff. Never ever again will I go there. I was treated like a criminal
